BREEAM is the World's leading environmental assessment and rating methodology for buildings.
It sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the de facto measure used to assess and report a building's environmental performance.
BREEAM is also specified and required by many local authorities across the UK via the planning system, as it provides a way of assuring the sustainability of new developments.
BREEAM can be used to assess the environment performance of any type of building – both new build and existing stock.
ARB offer BREEAM Accredited Professional services, which can ensure that additional credits are scored in the assessment process, and reduce the cost of achieving the required rating.
We can assess any building and also offer the additional services required to meet certain BREEAM credits, such as:

We offer BREEAM Pre-Assessments as a standalone service if required, and can combine these with Sustainability Statements and/or Energy Statements to meet planning conditions for planning applications for new developments or extensions.
